Interesting to see the black on white "Star Trek VOYAGER STARFLEET COMMAND prop stickers".

I have a matching pair from TNG, one blue and one red, with white printing. The oval-backed insignia is from from TNG. The big number reads 0862 (not 0962) and it is from "Command 01" (not 03).

I bought them in a Richard Arnold convention charity auction about ten years ago.
